Stephanie Boyd
Steph has been working as a Certified Personal Training Specialist for nearly 9 years. Her sport and fitness journey started at a very young age, playing soccer until high school and competing in track from Grade four through into her first year of university. During this time, she also dabbled in strength training but really fell in love with weightlifting in 2011, and it continues to be a passion for her today.
In 2013, Steph decided to embark on a career in the fitness industry and hasn’t looked back. Over the past 9 years, Steph has coached clients in functional training, hypertrophy training, powerlifting, long distance running, and more importantly, she has been able to share her extensive knowledge about the crucial role exercise and proper nutrition play in our overall health and wellness.
